School of Strategic Missions

The world is changing and the need for rethinking missions has never been more important. Reaching the most strategic and least reached peoples of the world is going to take all of us – the whole church, bringing the whole gospel, to the whole world. Biblical principles and Christ like people are needed in the areas of education, economics, social justice and law, agriculture, the environment, the arts, media and entertainment.

The School of Strategic Missions is a great platform to start acting on what God has been putting on your heart. We often enrol students with a specific vision and walk alongside them to develop an effective ministry.

Completion of the Discipleship Training School.

Get equipped and take action

Throughout the course you will spend 3 months learning in Wollongong followed by 2 – 3 months doing ministry work among those who have no or little access to the gospel.

Lectures in Australia

In the classroom, we will wrestle with big ideas like Biblical worldview and the times we live in. We will learn how to minister to human need and how to mobilise and partner with the body of Christ internationally.

You will research an unreached people group and learn how to develop an effective ministry in the context of their culture, and be better equipped to make a difference in communities throughout the world.

Get a Taste of Missions

As a school we will seek God for our outreach location. Throughout outreach we will hear from God and act upon what He says, resulting in relevant ministry to the lost and needy. We will work alongside experienced missionaries and local churches and get a better idea of what a life in missions could look like.
